St. Louis Synergy, the Synchronized Skating Teams of the Metro Edge Figure Skating Club, is in need of Sponsorships. Synchronized Skating is an ice skating sport where 12 to 16 skaters perform together as a team. They move as a flowing unit at high speed on the ice, while completing complicated footworks and elements combined with music. The skaters practice several hours a week on both on the ice, off the ice in strength and dance training and compete across the country and the world. In 2014 and 2015 St. Louis Synergy Junior Team was selected for Team USA and competed in Europe. Our Junior Team was again chosen for the International Selection Pool ( ISP) ( only 9 teams were selected for the ISP) after their placement at the 2020 National Championships. However, Covid and lack of funding for training contributed to them not being selected for Team USA in the 2021-2022 season. Your monetary support will help with on ice, off ice, dance and other needed training as well as travel costs for competitions.

Synchronized Skating is a sport that the athletes can continue into their college years and through adulthood. After high school many of our alumni have skated for college teams such as Miami University, Adrian College, The University of Michigan and Michigan State University to name a few. As well as for 28 time National Champions The Haydenettes of Boston. Many of these teams have represented the United States in International competitions and the World Championships for several years as part of Team USA!

Synchronized Skating teaches good sportsmanship, physical fitness, time management, leadership and many other skills that will help them in this sport and throughout life.

We offer several different SPONSORSHIP LEVELS and we would be glad to work with you to create any additional levels that would work for you.

Our levels relate to St. Louis Synergy’s symbol of the Compass Rose, in which the Skater is the center of our program and the points of the compass rose direct our skaters to strive for excellence in 5 points of Sportsmanship, Scholarship, Service, Skills and Spirit.
